Problem Note 36263: "Length cannot be less than zero" when importing delimited file into SAS® Enterprise Guide®

When importing a data file that has a single quotation mark within a field, the following error occurs:
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length
Currently, the only workaround is to manually edit the delimited text file and remove the single quotation mark within the field.
